I cried tears of joy when I saw most of the stuff on the Yahoo Japan auction. If only I had the money and they would ship here. I am so incredibly jealous of
those of you who already own lots of that stuff.
It *is* used but the seller will ship to Canada, I think he's from there. I know you'd rather hold out for a sealed one but finding one may be next to
impossible these days...but then again you never know.
Great find BRRN. That tin must have popped up just after I checked ebay last. I am going to go ahead and see if I can get a hold of that tin. Starting bid is
pretty low (as opposed to some in which the starting bid is $80 or more) and the seller will actually ship to where I live. I just hope the tin and cell are in
good condition, as those are the main reason I want that. I could care less about the conditions of the disks as the picture quality in the tin set is horrible
anyways lol. Wish me luck everyone lol.
Down to the last half hour for bidding on that tin. The suspense is killing me. What annoys me is that some person from the UK bid on the tin and drove the
price up, but the seller will only ship to N. and S. America. Grrr. Anyways, once again wish me luck. I will report back once the auction is over.
Well, the good news is that I won the tin. However, 2 seconds before the auction was over, some douche had to put in a bid for $41. Luckily my max. bid was put
at $50 so I was still able to to win with a final bid of $42. But still, before that guy put in a bid of $41, I could have won and only paid $11.50. Definitely
a bittersweet victory. Grrr, I am sooo angry, yet pretty happy at the same time.
That tin had better be in pretty good condition, or else I'm going to go all Battle Royale on that dude who forced me to pay 42 bucks for it. I'll be
quiet now or else I would go on forever lol.
I will report back when I receive the tin and let you all know how things turned out.

Yeah, that's typically how it goes. But hey---you finally got one. Hope the quality of the tin meets your expectations.
Indeed. Like I said before, I could care less about the condition of the disks, as the ghosting/stuttering is a major turn off for me anyways. However,
apparently the tin, film cell, and booklet are all in excellent condition, so that's what counts for me. These things will only get to be harder and harder
to get a hold of, so whats $40 in the long run?
Anyways, thanks again BRRN and Valatunda for helping me find these things. I appreciate it a lot.
I'll see about doing some in depth picture reviews of BR dvd's that have not really been covered yet.
To BRRN or anyone else who owns that guidebook: what do you think of it? Approx. how many pages does it have? I don't want to go overboard with ebay
spendings at the moment, but I'd like to know what your opinion is about that book.
It's exactly 162 pages. The first 55 pages or so being devoted to the first film which mostly comprises of (at the time) current up to date interviews w/
the principle leads. The rest of the book is dedicated to the second film and is about equally split between large amounts of text and pictures/stills/behind
the scenes shots from the movie and of the cast and crew. There's plenty pictures to entertain your eye -- just know it's more like the BR guidebook
for the first film than say the more picture-heavy Road to BRII book or the "White Book". (See Merchandise Section)
It's definitely nice to have I'd say, it just depends on how much disposable income you can throw around. Trust me, I know all about the unrelenting
snare/choke hold ebay can have on a person...
It is unusual for me to double post, but this is necessary. Corvettezo6, Eiga wa senjou da is on eBay at the moment. The seller ships worldwide too. However, it is also a Buy It
Now item. If someone buys it, any bidding would be cancelled I believe.

Thank you for the multiple posts forum problems. Well I most likely did
those, but I was faced with those cannot display page error things.
Oh well, what is more unfortunate is that someone has bought Eiga wa senjou da now. However, something I was bidding for was won by the same person. They
outbid me within five seconds of the auction ending.
Curses, I completely missed it. Oh well, can't win 'em all. Thanks very much for pointing that out though, it gives me hope that it may one day appear
again.
Edit. Oh my goodness, I just noticed that the seller stated it as still being factory sealed, I can't imagine how amazing that would have been to win.

And as of writing this post the "Unusual Summer" book has just popped up. However cash is not on my side for a couple weeks so it seems I will have
to miss out on this amazing opportunity. : (
